Biography: Mark joined AKT LLP in 1989 and provides high touch tax and financial planning services to high net worth individuals and business owners. He helps clients identify their overall financial goals and objectives and assists them in achieving those goals by accessing a network of resources and relationships.Prior to joining AKT, Mark had over nine years experience as a tax consultant with one of the "Big Six" public accounting firms and also was president of MONY Consultants, Inc.Mark received a Bachelor of Science in Accounting from Washington State University and a Juris Doctorate from Willamette University Law School. He is a member of several professional organizations, including the Oregon State Bar, the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, and the Portland Estate Planning Council.Mark has been actively involved in the Lake Oswego community since 1984. Most recently, he has been on the board and held leadership roles with the Lake Oswego Rotary, the Lake Oswego Chamber of Commerce, the Lake Oswego School Foundation and the Lakewood Center for the Arts. He was honored as Lake Oswego's Community Leader of the Year in 2009.
