Bill joined AKT in 2008. He has worked in Alaskan public utility rate and regulatory matters for the over 22 years. He received his Bachelor of Business Administration in finance from the University of Texas at Austin and has completed several continuing education courses on telecommunication technologies, UNE cost proxy models (HAI and BCPM), Cost Separations, accounting, and auditing.
